E7POTA member on Hamvention 2026

Every year, the E7POTA Group has it’s own ambassador participating in the Hamvention. Our good friend, activator and member E77PY / N5PYY Esad Kapic attended Hamvention 2026 and has some inputs and few videos to share with us. He had lots of fun regardless of the rain and bad weather. He met with some well known people (callsigns), K3LR Tim Duffy from DX Engineering, K8MRD Mike (Ham Radio Tube), KB9VBR Michael (KB9VBR Antennas) and W1DED Kevin E Thomas (Q5 Channel and POTA Board).

Esad attended the POTA Forum that was on the schedule second day of Hamfest. Like every year, the Forum focused on present and future strategies, and featured a Q&A with POTA Leadership (Board).
After the Forum, our ambassador introduced our little Group and special callsign E7POTA to Kevin W1DED. It just so happens that Kevin is already familiar with our work as well as a few other groups with special POTA callsigns.

We will, as we have up to this point, continue to promote Bosnia and Herzegovina and the POTA movement in the best light possible, as well as our parks and Ham Radio in general.
